Valio Sweden – Coaching Leadership program strengthened everyday leadership and strategic execution
Novetos implemented a comprehensive Coaching Leadership program for Valio Sweden, supporting the organization in building a shared leadership approach and embedding coaching leadership practices into everyday work. The program aimed to strengthen leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and the successful execution of Valio’s strategy.
The program began in early 2025 with coaching sessions for Valio Sweden’s headquarters and sales management teams, and continued in autumn 2025 with tailored coaching for field sales and food service units. The focus was on the philosophy of coaching leadership, key tools, and integrating them into daily leadership practices.
As a result of the program, participants gained concrete capabilities to advance strategic initiatives through coaching leadership. A shared leadership language and common ways of working strengthened collaboration across unit boundaries. Coaching leadership became part of everyday leadership, supporting employee well-being and engagement.
The program was delivered by Novetos coach Jan Holst. Sessions were conducted in both English and Swedish, and participant feedback was excellent.
